How did i get here?

Since starting gymnastics at the age of 6, my main focus has been the study the human movement (Biokinetics). Weather it was for my own personal improvement as an International gymnast, a professional cyclist, an IronMan athlete or even as a recreational tennis player OR as a clinical practitioner to help treat and improve my clients.

I've studied human physiology and movement patterns since 1991. As a 17-year-old gymnastic coach to Neural Manipulation and Cranial Sacral Therapy most recently.

Cycling. During the 90's and into the 2000's I was lucky enough to be an international cyclist. Racing as a professional on the road and as part of Team GB on the velodrome.

Since then, I've coached handling techniques to elite commonwealth games athletes, Team GB triathletes and development squads to groups of athletes in the French alpes.

I've also been a bike and swim coach at Club La Santa in Lanzarote.

Bike fitting. I've been bike fitting over the last 20 years!!

My ethos around bike fitting is that’s it should be focussed on the athlete and his/her functions and more importantly, their dysfunctions. I've recently created a software package that analyses an athletes movement and finds their dysfunction, creates a functional movement program to correct the dysfunctions and make them a better, more comfortable athlete. Watch this space for news on the Evolve FT software!!

In short, improve the athlete and fit the bike to them.

I've been involved with the bike fitting for a number of pro teams and riders including Tour De France and Paris Roubaix winner Magnus Backstedt and his Windymilla pro team. Yanto Barker. UCI time trial fitting for the Madison Genises team. I've also been involved with a number of pro triathletes.

Gait analysis. More recently I've been working closely with the gait lab at Total Foot Health in Salisbury. Their team of surgeons, lab experts and podiatrists, together with the functional work, stabilisation, neural treatment and corrective program, there’s been a huge amount of success with improving running and walk gait and injury rehabilitation.
